In addition to his legal practice, he is an active multi-family real estate investor in the Northwest Florida market. Mr. Harper earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and is admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.

Jennifer leads the policy department at Harper Title and is responsible for policy production after closing. Jennifer also leads the accounting and reconciliation department at Harper Title and is responsible for month-to-month management of escrow funds for closings.
